What is your Return Policy?

Items in their original, unused condition can be returned within 15 days, upon return approval. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and Chocobu Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards cannot be returned.

FINAL SALE The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are damaged or defective:

We understand that your purchase may not always meet expectations. We offer returns within 15 days of receiving the new item(s).
  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original garment tags attached
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted

Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Standard Return Process

To start a return, contact us at: support@itschocobu.com.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps. Response times may be slightly longer during weekends or public holidays.

Step 1: Contact Us. Email us at support@itschocobu.com. with the subject line: “Return Request: #XXXXXX (Your Order Number)”.
Step 2: Submit Your Request. Please provide the following information:
  • Item name or SKU
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • A clear photo showing the item

Step 3: Get Return Instructions. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the authorized return warehouse address.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing. After the returned parcel is received, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing. If multiple items are included, the processing time may be extended.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
